What can I do to use my computer with no issues.

I bought my Acer Nitro 5 about two weeks ago.
I noticed that when I unplugged the computer It would turn off and not turn back on.
I later noticed when I'm playing a game such as Fortnite when I have been playing for a moderately long time 45 minutes - 3 Hours it will randomly shut off I've tried resetting the battery, making a different power plan, lowering the max cpu usage. I've tried everything but it seems nothing works. The laptop I had before was an Hp and i never had one problem until the screen broke. I had made my mind up about this laptop because I saw it on amazon and it seemed like the best choice while being affordable. I can say that if it had 0 issues I would only use it but I cannot play too long with it or it will just shut off. There have been multiple instances where I have been at the end of a game of Fortnite and it shuts off leaving me frustrated. I know the computer is discontinued but I'm pretty sure when it first came out it didn't have these issues. I think at this point i'm just going to get a refund from Amazon because the product isn't what I expected.

What is the exact model of the notebook?

1) Try to reset the battery! To do this, turn the notebook over and find a hole that has a battery symbol next to it for five seconds and then leave the notebook off for five minutes!

2) it is possible that the interlock button is not being pressed properly and therefore your notebook is turning off unexpectedly! Usually this button is next to ram and looks like these:
