BLACK SCREEN after instaling the AMD display driver Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega 8 mobile graphics

Hi guys,
So, imvfighting with this issue for a couple of days now. I have bought a BRAND NEW Acer Aspire3 A315-41-R84R, Ryzen 5 2500U with Mobile Vega 8 graphics. As i unpacked it, installed new Windows 10. As soon as i started installing the VGA driver, that my manufactor provided, ive got a black screen. Rebooted my laptop, and the black screen was still there. I re-installed the Windows once again, thinking that maybe something went wrong (did a clean install). Started installing drivers, and again, BLACK SCREEN. Re- installed windows again, and started searching about this problem, couldnt find a solution.
If i let windows automaticaly update my drivers, i end up with Microsoft Basic Display Adapter
The Device Manager does not show any existance of an AMD graphics in there.

Im desperate, can someone please help me with this issue?

It is likely that the acer-optimized driver will not work properly on Windows 10 version 1803! You can try downloading the most current generic driver straight from the AMD website! It looks like it uses a radeon 535 https://www.amd.com/pt/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-500-series/radeon-530

Okay, so i got the message "Error 182 - AMD Installer cannot properly identify the AMD graphics hardware"
Ive got that message while trying to install the previous version of Adrenalin driver as well..

I'm not finding the driver for this video card on amd's website! Since acer's optimized driver is not working as well, download the prograbo driverbooster so he can check for a newer driver! You can use the free license, however it asks to install some programs for games, but just uncheck them!

Check if using windows update, this driver is downloaded! If it still does not work, I recommend you restore the notebook to factory defaults! To do this, press alt + f10 when turning on the notebook!

I had the same issue. RMA-ed the laptop, got the new and still the same ****..

You should uninstall and delete the current driver in the device manager:

Then you must in windows update for which operating system to do a search for this driver and install! Or you can try to update the driver also through the device manager:

There is another way to uninstall the graphic driver, try to download the DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller), it is a free graphic uninstaller software. It can help to uninstall the driver completely.

If the latest version of AMD driver cannot help, you should read this article at first: https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/KB182.aspx

And you can download the previously driver version or download the Windows 8 drivers and install it in the compatible way.
