Okay, try this: uninstall the driver and also select the delete option and restart the computer:

If this still does not solve the problem, unplug the notebook from the power outlet and turn it on. Then press the battery hole for five seconds and leave the notebook off for five minutes:

Try power drain and BIOS Default

power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.
BIOS default: After power drain is done, power on the u nit, but as soon as you power on the unit keep pressing the F2 key so that it take you to BIOS page. Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart

Step 1: Click the Windows “Start” button and type "run". you can find the run command box.In that box type devmgmt.msc

    Step 2:  “Device Manager.” opens

Step 3: Click the “Batteries” section. A list of devices will appear.

Step 4: Right-click the “Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery” device and click “Uninstall.”

Step 5: Click the “Action” menu item and “Scan for Hardware Changes” to reinstall the driver.

Restart the computer and the issue should be fixed.
