Anyone working on this, bought the notebook yesterday, installed windows 10 but no audio output device?
Model is SF314-54-35R3, will there be any update on audio driver?
http://www3.driveridentifier.com/scan/intel-device-extension-driver/driver-detail/2206B638F44447AC95FF62A5C4138D9E/3564761/389b43d5b69d77333de4739f3d259c24/1535417595/INTELAUDIO-CTLR_DEV_9DC8&LINKTYPE_02&DEVTYPE_01&VEN_8086&DEV_AE20&SUBSYS_10251300&REV_10EC
Then extract and install. It fixed the "No sound" problem for me.
For Acer-SF314-55G
I took the driver in the above link because the driver on the acer website was not working for me. I was not able to install the driver because I didn't have the permission to install it even though I am the only user on the device. So the solution is to run your install file as administrator and then you will be able to install the driver. Thanks
It's better to download it from acer website
