I can not play videos ...message says no audio detected

    Try the below steps..

    > first check if there is any "X" mark on the speaker's icon.
    > If Yes > check if its in mute if not then try uninstalling audio drivers from device manager and restart the unit.

    If still no sound try the below steps.
    Press and hold Windows + R and type control > Click on hardware and sound > Click on sound > Under playback devices check if the speakers icon is displayed if yes then select it and click on configure to test if you receive sound. If yes then click on apply and OK.
