Acer Aspire Shows "No Bootable Device" After Update

My Acer Aspire R5-571TG updated on its own last night. Didn't think much of it until the computer restarted and I was left with the "No Bootable Device" screen.
At this point I have tried a few things in BIOS including;

Making sure my hard drive is listed first ( HDD0 then HDD1)
Changing it to Legacy

I was going to attempt next to factory reset, while I am not fond of losing data I back up fairly regularly so I am hoping that I wont loose to much. However, no matter what I try I can't get it to let me. I have tried Alt + F10, F10, F10 + Alt + Fn, and F10 + Fn so far no luck. I have tried holding down, tapping, and even a combination. I hear nothing and the screen does not change(Acer logo then the no bootable device screen). I also have Windows 10 and have never installed anything else or changed anything in that aspect.

I am struggling with what to do next, I would love to be able to fix this problem myself so I am not out a laptop for a period of time. However, I also don't want to spend a ton to fix it as I have a warranty on the laptop. Is there something I am missing?

Hi Nicolephoto13,

Forced shutdown your system by pressing the power key for little longer.
Now restart your laptop/desktop.
Press F2 key repeatedly and go to BIOS setup.
Now go into main and F12 Boot Menu: Enable.
Now to go Boot option/menu and change the boot mode from UEFI to Legacy.
Press F10 key and save and exit.
And now reboot your system

:-tried to get into advance option Using Alt+F10
Step:
If you are using a Windows 10 (or Windows 8.1, Windows 8) installation media, select Troubleshoot and then Command Prompt.

If you are using a Windows 7 installation media, in System Recovery Options, select the first item and then select Windows 7 as the operating system. Then click Next.

Click Command Prompt.

Command Prompt, type the following lines one by one and hit Enter after each. (If you are asked whether you want to add a new installation to boot list, press Y and then hit Enter.)

bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /scanos
bootrec /rebuildbcd

Step 6. Shut down the Command Prompt window and reboot your PC.

I have tried the first few steps but alt + f10 does nothing.

You can go to Advanced options by clicking Settings, click Update & Security tile, click Recovery in the left pane, click Restart now under advanced startup, then click Troubleshoot-> Advanced Options-> Command Prompt

The computer doesn't boot up.

Creating the Windows 10 USB flash drive

Visit the Microsoft Media Creation Tool website
Click Download Tool Now.
Save the Application.
Plug your USB Flash Drive into the PC where you saved the application.
Run the Application.
Accept the EULA
Select Create installation media for another PC and click Next.
Choose the correct settings for your version of Windows 10

Language (Country)
Windows 10
64-bit (x64)

Click Next.

Select USB Flash Drive and click Next.

Select the Flash Drive and click Next.

Allow the application to complete. You will be prompted when it is finished and has successfully created the bootable drive.

Reloading Windows with the Media Creation Tool:

Press and hold the Power key for five seconds to turn off your computer.
Plug in the USB Drive that contains the Media Creation Tool files.
Power on the system and begin tapping the F2 Key to enter the BIOS.
In the BIOS, use the arrow keys to navigate to the Main menu item at the top.
Use the down arrow to highlight F12 Boot Menu and press Enter.
Highlight Enabled and press Enter.
Press the F10 key and press Enter to save the changes and exit. The system will reboot immediately.
As soon as the system begins rebooting, press the F12 key repeatedly to enter the Boot Manager.
Select the USB HDD and press Enter. The Windows Setup environment will launch.
Select your Language, Time and Keyboard, then click Next.
Click Install Now.
Accept the license terms and click Next.
You will be prompted with choices:

Upgrade: Install Windows and keep files, settings and applications. This option should work for most users and should save most personal files. If you attempt this and run into errors, we suggest the next option.
Custom: Install Windows only (advanced) This option allows you to determine the location where you want to install Windows. Using this option will erase all personal data.
