E5-571-323F keeps dropping WiFi

Morning all,
We bought this laptop a few years ago and to start with all was fine.
However it started to continually drop WiFi every so often and over the last few months it has reached the point that whilst trying to use say over a 4 hour period in the evening it will drop it's WiFi perhaps 2 or 3 times AN HOUR or more.
The only thing we can do is to switch off the WiFi, wait a few minutes, turn it back on and watch it try to reconnect - sometimes it tales two or three attempts to get it to reconnect (we are using a BT HomeHub 6.0a)

I've updated everything I can think of and it's now reached the point that it almost unusable.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Torcrayth, First the fall i want to ask did you try with any other wireless network apart from using BT home hub 6.0a
