The downloadable ZIP is very small, and it doesn't contain any executable file (Touchpad_ELANTECH_13.6.10.2_W10x64_A.zip).
Can I download it from any other secure site? I didn't find any driver download section on the Elantech site.

I've finally updated my BIOS from v1.05 to v1.06 (2018/09/27) and the Touchpad multigestures are working now.

Please try installing the touchpad driver manually. Download the driver. Go to Device Manager. Locate and expand category Mice and other pointing devices.
Then right click ton the Elantech Pointing Device or any other listed device that needs the driver and choose Update Driver Software. Then choose Browse my computer for driver software.   Then copy the address of the downloaded pointing driver setup file and paste it here in the search box. Then click Next to continue. Then wait for the driver to be installed. You might need to restart your computer later after you finish this installation.

There isn't any other device in "Mice and other pointing device" section then the default "PS/2 Compatible Mouse" (from Microsoft), I think the Windows 10 installed it automatically, however I didn't used any mouse with the notebook. There isn't any Elantech Pointing Device or other unknown device in the Device Manager too. I can use the touchpad basic functions only (move and click), but the multi gesture fuctions (for example scrolling) are not available. I tried to remove the "PS/2 Compatible Mouse" driver and install manually Elantech driver, but there is an error message, that this driver is corrupt or not for Windows 10, however there are only Windows 10 drivers for this notebook.

I searched on the internet for other solutions, but none of them worked. For example somebody wrote I should change "Touchpad" settings in the BIOS, but this newest v1.05 BIOS doesn't contain any "Touchpad" settings.

Let me get some update from Acer regarding this diver package. Meanwhile, have contact Acer support in your region to check for the correct touchpad driver package?

    Hi @petrusz
Have you checked in the Main tab? you may be able to switch to Advanced mode if it's already in Basic mode.

    Hello petrusz,

I'm sorry that you're having issues.

Can you please send me a PM with the S/N of your unit so I can look into this for you?

    Thanks,

    Acer-Manny
