If I install a NVME M.2 SSD to my acer nitro 5 AN515-31 myself , will it void my warrenty?

I just bought an ACER NITRO 5 AN515-31 laptop without SSD. If I buy an SAMSUNG SSD and install it myself , then will it void my warrenty?

    Hi @adityakumar1996

    Acer suggests customer not to change any HW components only because customers should not damage the product with incorrect configurations. However, if you would like to upgrade the hardware you sure can but make sure no damages and it would not void the warranty.

    Installing a SSD will not void warranty. The warranty would only void if you break something while installing it, which is extremely unlikely to happen. You may contact Acer support in your region and get more information on warranty of your device. The best option is to contact your nearest Authorized Acer service center and install the SSD. Please create a USB recovery media before making any changes on your device.
