So, I have had this desktop for 3 years now and finally decided to add an SSD. The case comes with the quick install bay that is accessed from the front, however there is a screw preventing me from opening it. I have tried every type of hex driver and specialized pc tool, but I haven't found one that can even begin to start moving it. Then I remembered that there was an allen key in the original box, but I had thrown that away when I moved a year ago. So, I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of where I can obtain one or some kind of mild hack that I haven't thought of. Thanks in advance!

Like I said, the allen key in pic 7.3 I don't have and cannot find another that matches. Is it possible I can get a replacement from acer?

It is a metric allen screw, 2.5mm maybe? You can get a cheap set that should have the right size included.
