Unable to boot Acer Aspire ES1-132
Hi,
I would like to ask your help for the following problem!
I have a brand new Acer Aspire ES1-132 laptop with pre-installed Linux. I wanted to change the OS to Windows 10 64bit, so I prepraed a bootable USB flash drive using Rufus software. I didn't set a supervisor password in BIOS so I could change only the boot menu (F12) and the boot priority order.
The installation went wrong every time because the usb device not recognized. After several attempts (partition Scheme, format and so on were changed) I tried with Windows 32bit unfortunately the result is the same.
But after a restart the laptop was unable to boot (only the Bulb light is on - HDD and power)!!!!!
The supervisor password was never set up in BIOS, so I don't know what went wrong! I have already tried to reset the battery and remove the hard drive but nothing happened.
Since then the laptop doesn't boot, screen is black and I can't enter BIOS! I know that a supervisor password should have been changed in BIOS (and change boot mode) in order to recognize usb flash drive.
Do you have any idea how can I fix this problem, or I have to take it to an IT expert?
