Upgrading Acer Aspire 3820TG system memory, now it is 4GB DDR3 using two soDIMM modules 2GB and 2GB

Hey Dear community !
I want to upgrade my Ram to 4GB and 4GB, I read it is o.k, it is upgradeable 
so the question is:
If I have an MHz limit of 1066MHz ?
Can I use (soDIMM modules) two 4GB DDR3 1600MHz ? , It is cheaper
