I have a new acer aspire e5-576 and am needing to connect to a classroom projector (NEC VE281X).  I am using Windows 10.  I have recently run windows update - I have only had the computer for a week.  I have tried connecting via the VGA port and the HDMI port.  Neither is working.  I am assuming I need to push the F5 key and when I do it gives a message that I should try updating my driver or using a different video card.  I am really hoping that this I do not have to switch cards - it is one of the reasons I bought this machine with a VGA port.  I have looked through your site listing drivers for this machine and downloaded the Intel VGA driver but do not know if this was correct.  My tag on the machine reads Intel UHD graphics - don' know if this is useful or not.  Ahy help would be greatly appreciated

Did you try FN+F5 instead. If the message persists. Uninstall the display driver from Device Manager. Exit. Then reboot and allow Windows to auto re-detect and re-install the driver. Jack E/NJ
