My laptop modelsV5-122p is not starting

Hello everyone..
Just joined in this desperate time ..My notebook is not starting it troubled me while starting windows for couple of days it started though with some auto repair after that I made a full system scan ,later it tried to repair by itself but failed and after few hours it showed on screen boot file not found...I try to restart it couple of times but system is on but my screen was  blank..I tried to take it to a service technician but he could not figure out and said it's hardware problem and would cost me 3000-4000 Inr.my HDD.is working properly ,windows is ok I guess ,since he connected my HDD to another notebook and I was able to recover my data .I don't have any kind of clue what to do next. So please help me out on this, your  kind gesture will be appreciated ill be waiting for the feedback in anticipation ..

well, as you have got your data off the drive, personally i'd make a bootable win10 usb stick on another pc, boot from it on your v5 and put a fresh image on your laptop.  Assuming there isn't a hardware problem, that'll fix it.
