I have an Acer Aspire E5-575-33BM that will not boot from ANY windows 7 Windows 8, 8.1,  Windows 10. I was able to get it to boot from a Windows XP CD but setup failed stating that the BIOS is not ACPI compliant. I cant get ANY recovery or Automitic Repair to work. Win 8 and 10 media the Windows circle dots start to load then freeze after 1 to 3 dots appear on the Acer splash screen then freezes forever. I think is a BIOS ISSUE but can't get into Windows to run the flash utility. Is there a way to flash it from a prompt off a Free DOS or other prompt.

  • You can try to use the hidden recovery partition if it is still intact! To do this, press f2 when turning on the notebook and turn on the d2drecovery function; then press f10 to save on exit and immediately press alt + f10! If no screen appears, the partition has been deleted!
Then you will have the option to install windows 10 with an iso from microsoft and do a slow formatting!
Follow the steps in the file I will send to you!
When you have installed windows 10 tell the bios version installed!
