XP: Not recommended since windows no longer updates = Poor security
Kali + Backtrack: Why do you need both?
Also running Kali or Backtrack on a HDD/SSD/Internal is much less secure then running from an encrypted pendrive... reason for this?

I have only used my Preddy for gaming and as such cant speak to the ease of installation but I know others have given the proper boot loader/grub.

Kali or backtrack (not both just one the better one) its only for testing/research purposes and xp i need it as i have software that only runs good on xp due to incompatibility issues and i always like to be able to run anything thats why i would at least have xp/7/10 and maybe run linux from a usb or a external dvd drive i have a backtrack5 dvd but not sure if its working fine as it gives some errors on boot but it loads fine into the os

I would suggest keeping only Windows 10, and loading whatever OS you wanted onto a virtual machine. I have multiple VMs on mine working like this, and I need not mess with my windows setup either.

Running on vmware ? well to tell the truth i hate windows 10 personally 7 and xp are much better in my view so ill think in either keeping 10 and run vmware or something else :) i have to reset the os anyway as captcha on firefox isn't working after the july update messed up everything so anytime i have to login with captcha somewhere have to use either chrome IE or any other (edge is the worst browser i had ever seen) and it's annoying as i have everything saves on my FF account

In that case, go to 7. I installed 7 on my g3-572 for some amazing performance improvements. Do not go to Linux or such though cos of limited driver support, to my knowledge.

Plus... one more thing... You could install linux onto a USB stick and use it from there to ensure you have all the needed drivers before installing it to your hard disk.

Coming to FF, try using Waterfox; it is built out of the forked version of Firefox before they updated the underlying architecture. It is more stable too.

you are completely right thats one of the reasons i hate 10 it's heavier and slower and the UI its bad really bad nothing like the old 7 ui regarding FF i only use the ESR 52 versions because they ended the support for many addons i still have :) and i will look into running linux on a usb drive or even live cd i'm going to see if i can make at least the same i managed with my 7745G as i said in an above post winxp ram patched, win7 and might just keep 10 maybe for gaming only because of the DX12 and vulcan this would be the perfect setup for me :)

Use this instead... supports older addons and all, plus is updated regularly.
