Hi,

I am trying ti install and SSD drive into my desktop.  I opened up the desktop and can only find one Sata port going to the existing hard drive and a port going to the DVD reader.  Am I missing something as I thought there would be multiple free Sata ports.  I am sorry for the newb question.

The Aspire TC-710 only has the two SATA ports, but close to them is an M.2 port for a SSD. That'd be a better upgrade IMHO. Put as big of a SSD in as within your budget and switch to booting from that, then repurpose the HDD for storage.

    Hi,
You have one SATA port for HDD and a slot for M.2 SSD in your model. 9 is the slot for M.2 SSD.
