Hello,

I have a problem with Ethernet speed. It is limit to 100mbps instead of 1gb/s. All worked fine on win8.1. Problem appeared after upgrade to Windows 10. I tried driver from Acer support site, but there is only 8.1 driver for Ethernet. Default Windows driver is also limited to 100mbps. The best solution i have found is to install 17.2... driver manualy, but Windows doesnt let me to do that. It says that i have already best driver installed.
I have Aspire V5-561g.

Someone with similiar issue?

If your Windows says that it has the best driver installed, it reads the metadata for the driver version and if the driver version is superior, you get the message. Try to first remove the existing driver. Once removed, make sure that the driver's data is also removed. After that, try your previous driver which was efficient about giving you the 1GB/S speed. In the future, keep an eye for your Windows update doing such mischief.
    BElieve in YOUrself.
