Hello, I have Acer Aspire VX5-591G laptop and my laptop overheats all the time when I play games and one time laptop closed itself without any warning and did not open for 5 minutes or something. Today, I checked my laptop's fans and realized that one of my fans wasn't working. Is it normal? If not, how can i make it work?
I don't want to deal with the technique service :( (I am sorry if I made any grammar mistakes, English is not my mother tongue)

Your English is absolutely fine. If the fans are not working, it is not normal if the temperature is high. The shutdown was probably because the machine was overheating and shuts itself down to prevent damage. I am sorry that you do not want to go to a service centre but this sounds like an issue with the fan and you need to take it there to get this checked my friend.
    BElieve in YOUrself.

Thank you for your answer. Well, since there is nothing that I can do by myself, then I should take my pc to service I guess.
