Mouse won't turn off after Windows shuts down. (Swift 7)

I have Swift 7 (Swift SF713-51, intel 7y54) running Win 10 April update running 1.16 BIOS. Plugged in mouse (by provided adapter) to USB C port won't turn off when pc is shut down (both RGB lights and sensor). I am using real shut down option, not the sleep default.

I have tried so far:
1. disable USB selective suspend setting (in power options)
2. disable Windows fast startup feature
3. disable "allow this device to wake the computer" in device manager under Mice and etc.
4. all of the above in the same time
5. all of the above and disable turn on by lid opening in BIOS.

It didn't solve the problem, but I noticed mouse does turn off for a moment when a laptop is shut down but it powers on the instant laptops blue power on indicator turns off.
Also, pluging mouse out and putting it back in doesn't turn it on.

Is there a way to have it turned off when laptop shuts down?
It wound be a great help.

This usb-c port shown in the photo will charge some device when the notebook is off! Check your notebook for bios if there is any option to disable device loading through this port! To do this press f2 when turning on the notebook!

Unfortunately problem exists regardless of used USB C connector. BIOS provides almost no options. Hope they can fix this in BIOS update.

In the program Acer quick access gives to disable the loading by the usb port!

Try this: press windows + r and type regedit; go to this computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\Quick Access

Unfortunately it didn't work. There is no setting in quick access (there is only blue light and power button).

I found setting in regedit. It was already 0. I tried all combinations {0,1, fast boot bad disabled fast boot}) but it still doesn't work.

Maybe it is of relevance. Laptop is running win 10 1803. I don't have "Windows.old" anymore.

Maybe some other setting in regedit? (like "EnhanceFlag_USB")

In the usbcharger key, put in 1 and try to disable it using acer quick access!

On all keys that are 0, you can put in 1 see if it enables some different function on your computer! Try this!
