How do I stop dropbox from loading every time the computer restarts? Model name: Aspire XC-704G

Every single time the computer restarts, or I shut it down and than boot it back up the dropbox icon appears back on my desktop. It's not hurting anything (I don't think) but it is annoying. I would just like to know how to stop it from happening.

Hi,
Go to Task manager( click Ctr+Shift+Esc buttons together), move to Startup tab and disable Dropbox.

I looked in the Task Manager there is no Dolby DAX2TrayIcon or anything remotely close to Drop Box listed in there.

It's easier than that. Go into preferences and disable the autostart option.
