Not sure if you are facing this issue with wi-fi. Many times it appears to be connected but the internet just does not work. I have tested the condition by restarting router, checking internet on my another (Dell) laptop, accessing wi-fi on Cellphone and they all seem to work fine except the Acer laptop. I even restarted the laptop, uninstalled-reinstalled wi-fi drivers from Acer website but still it does not work.

Can someone help me please ?

Obviously, downloaded from manufacturers website. Even i tested with multiple versions of the drivers.
Changed band as well to notice any changes but no luck

    Culprit was bluetooth.

Sometimes DNS cache conflict can lead to not being able to access websites, and you may think that the internet isn’t working. You should flush DNS to ensure it isn’t causing any trouble. In Windows start menu type “cmd” and open it as an administrator.

Command prompt will open up, here type “ipconfig /flushdns” and press enter. This will flush the DNS cache.

Try this and let me know
