Let me try this again. I posted this over a week ago and someone asks me what browser I was using.  It is Google Chrome.
I've had this laptop about a month now and it constantly freezes when I'm on the internet with more than one tab open. I click to go back to a tab and most of the time nothing happens. Sometimes if I click on the tabs to open them the screen goes black and I get a "Not Responding Message". My only option seems to leave it for 10 to 15 minutes or just do a hard reset. I just tested my internet speed and I am getting, 23.2 Mbps down and 2.34 Mbps up. This computer is so slow on the net that I wish I had my old HP Pavillion back. Programs running on startup are Dropbox and Windows Defender.
Thanks for any help on this.

First try the following: press windows + r and type msconfig, go to services tab, hide microsoft services and disable all; go to program startup and disable them all! Make sure the problem remains! If it does not, it means that some program or service is causing the problem!
Also check if there is any driver with problems in the device manager and make sure that windows is up to date in windows update! See on intel's website if there are any newer drivers for the video card!
On the slowness, make sure the disk is 100% in the task manager and press ctrl + shift + esc!

You should be able to use ReadyBoost with your machine. If you have a spare flash drive or sd card you can dedicate it to running only for ReadyBoost.

ReadyBoost works essentially like external RAM giving your system a boost.

If you use a flash drive it's best to use one of those short stubby drives because there's less of a chance of getting knocked out.

So if you have a blank sd card or flash drive what you should do is format it to exFAT. Then dedicate the full capacity of the card or drive to ReadyBoost.

There are a lot of videos on Youtube how to do this.

Window 10 is up to date. I'll try the rest of the solutions and get back to you. Thanks.
