some fn not properly working, capslock and numlock dont pop out anymore on screen

after i "reset this pc" on recovery , these things happen of sudden. i dont know what to do some say i need to update the bios because theres no driver update on keyboard. but im not scared to update the bios. please help me ( acer e5-576g-83cu )

I think you are missing Acer Quick Access. Click here to download it.

If it is still missing, make sure that you have this folder mate. C:\Program Files\Acer\Acer Quick Access

It is at the bottom of the page.

Hi,
if the keyboard is not working properly then check the keyboard driver in device manager.try to update the driver or reinstall the driver.follow the steps below and restart the unit. if you still find the same prob. check with external keyboard.

Hi @iamnoob, based on your laptop model this should be all the manufacturer drivers and applications available: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/ID/content/support-product/7333;-;
On a similar note, check your BIOS as there may be an option to enable/disable/change the functioning of the FN keys. The "pop out" functionality when you press capslock/numlock could be related to an Acer app for windows in which case I recommend installing the Quick Access Application available from the first link I posted (here is the direct link to the app https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Application/Quick Access/Quick Access_Acer_2.01.3015_W10x64_A.zip?acerid=636685323746603970&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=ASPIRE&Step3=ASPIRE E5-576G&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=AAP_1) Let us know if it works!
