Helios 300 G3-571 Predator sense problem

So recently I had the motherboard and RAM replaced by Acer under warranty, and when I received my laptop back I tried to install the Predator Sense app off the Acer website it said "Sorry! This computer is not supported." I know I was looking up the right model and thus had the correct driver, but it won't let me install and now I cannot control fan speeds. What do I do to fix this?

    Try running in Windows 8 compatibility and also install the "Turbo Boost" drivers for your model from Acer's driver download website.

    I have that driver already, and I tried running in compatibility mode with administrator privileges. No luck. Wouldn't make sens to run it in compatibility mode anyway considering my laptop is less than a year old and came stock with windows 10

    Laptop not supported means your model number might have been changed in registry settings. You might want to manually change them to your model.

    Try setting the below registry setting and see if that helps:
    HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\OEM\PredatorSense --> Model_Name_1st --> predator g3-571

    If this doesn't work, or if this is what you already have, update that to predator g3-572 and give it a try.

    1. Windows key + r --> will open run command
    2. Type regedit and hit enter, and enter admin credentials when prompted
    3. Follow the path I mentioned above... follow screenshots below, i mentioned sequence of clicks.
    4. Change the value at step 6 by double clicking on it.

    Okay well now that I've tried this, it is impossible because i have no registry entries for Predator Sense. I have no entries because I cannot install it in the first place.... under OEM I only have a file for Identity card.

    I currently have this problem. Predator sense logo shows when opening the app and background process also works in the Task Manager however, the app where you can configure the fan does not show, only showing the logo when the app is first opened. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Predator Sense for the model but the problem persists. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    Ren645 follow this  also if still persists check this and finally the official acer fix for when just shows the logo here you can also perform a battery power drain with these instructions and reset bios to setup defaults

    I'm having the same problem where predator sense won't even open. I have the Predator G3-571. I've done what it says to do to fix this on the acer site by changing some PredatorSense service controls in the Task Manager but it didn't work or using FanSpeed didn't work and deleting and reinstalling Predator sense didn't work. I don't know why but this started to happen about 3 months ago and I can tell hundreds of other people are as frustrated as me and have this problem!
