Hey, I bought my Acer Nitro 5 a couple of months ago.
I never had this issue, but randomly, 2 week ago my laptop started to stop charging while plugged in. It stops charging and after few second it starts again, initially when it was around 82%.
By time, this percentage came down, now it stops charging around 54%. Sometimes It says that is plugged, but not in charge, other times it just say its unplugged. Or it switch from charge/non charge randomly while the power supply plugged in. The windows logs don't helps much.
Please what can I do? it is a BIOS problem you think? or an hardware problem?

    Hello! Enter the exact model!
First delete the battery driver from the device manager and reboot! Make sure it loads again! Then disconnect the notebook from the power and turn it on; find a hole with the symbol of a battery next to it and press it for five seconds and then leave the notebook off for five minutes!
Also check that there is a loose screw in the lower case!
