Hi community, I have a Acer Aspire E15  bough it last year around November. I’ve been using the laptop for quite something to do my college assignment, browsing the web and also updating website and etc. But seen last 2 weeks on July, while I’m still doing my photoshop, suddenly it blackout. I try to restart it but it won’t. I’ve try holding the power button down for 30 seconds and try to power it up it won’t. I’ve puck in or not, it just like dead already. Is anyone experience this before and what to do now ?

Unplug the charger. On the bottom of the laptop, there might be a pinhole with a battery symbol. Gently push and hold a paper clip into the hole to disconnect the battery for about a minute. Then reconnect the charger. Then try to turn it back on. Jack E/NJ

@QuatumWalkin  Click the ACER service button at the bottom of this webpage. Choose your country or region. Then enter you machine's serial number id (SNID) and arrange for warranty repair service as soon as possible since your one-year warranty will expire in a few months. Jack E/NJ
