I'm using the Acer E5 575 and the version of mouse is ELAN 13.6.10.12
Also using Chrome.
Now the problem i'm having is when scrolling on a long page it will all of a sudden stop working. Scrolling will stop and i will have to click on another open window and come back for it to work. Also about 75% of the time the first tap will work but for the other 25% i will have to tap the pad again.
Been noticing this for a couple weeks now. It's telling me i have the latest driver.
Anything you can recommend ?
Cheers.

You could try resetting the Touchpad, go to Settings, click Devices and select Touchpad in the left pane, scroll down the right pane and click Reset.

Hi,
Go to BIOS settings(click F2 button as soon as you press the power button), move to main tab and check whether Touchpad is in Advanced mode, if it's not, switch to Advanced mode from Basic mode.

Thanks but it was already set to advanced. It just started happening out of the blue. I haven't changed any settings. Pretty strange..0
