Mainboard fails after 6 months of brand new purchase. Repair sends back scratched computer.

Never going to buy another Acer product. Brand new Spin 3 is completely unable to turn on after only 6 months, not to mention the two screws that spontaneously fell out. Have to pay $20 to ship for repair, which turns out the entire mainboard had to be replaced. On top of that, repair sends back laptop with multiple deep scratches on the case.

Now when the board fails again after 6 months, I'll be paying half the price of a new laptop to fix it.
Unless you want a laptop that's expected to only last 6 months, stay away from Acer.
