policy of the acer company.

 

I am ttrying to contact a representative of the acer  company to discuss policies that I feel are  unfair,  I speak to people who I know use english as a secong languager and  it appears that they do not  understand  what I am saying.  and they repeat over again like that is all they are trained to discuss.  nAt thisd point is there anyone outside technical support  who can  provide an e mail phone  or address so I can contact them

    Since it seems you are uncomfortable with assistance by bilingual if not trilingual employees you can obtain support --for in warranty products --through the email or chat departments.
