Hello, while watching YouTube, my laptop froze, had to do a hard restart to get it to turn off, when I went to turn it back on I got a black screen with the “operating system not found” message, 1. turned off my laptop 3 times in quick succession to bring up the automatic repair tool, after wait for more than half an hour for something to happen, I turned it off again and tried another truck, which was too 2. “if you know the battery works then take it out, and hold down the power button for 20 seconds (tip from Acer website). Next put the battery back in and plug in the power cord. The orange charging light should turn on. Once the blue charged light comes on, try to turn on your laptop.” Again I got the automatic repair tool, which took me to the blue screen this time, but with no options, so I turned it off and on again, 3. this time pressing F2 and bring up the BIOS menu and going to the boot tab, and changing my boot mode from UEFI to Legacy BIOS, saving and exiting brings me back to the boot up page, where it proceeds to load before the F2 to set up message displays on the bottom and I get a black screen, any advice would be appreciated please?
