I've had my laptop since November 2017. It's been fine so far with my only issue being that the GPU underclocks when on battery power. When gaming on the laptop today I noticed that the game slowed to a crawl to the point where it crashed as the world didn't load in properly. When checking PredatorSense, I noticed that the fans were on 0 RPM with my temps hitting 100°C on both CPU and GPU. Changing from Auto to Max made no difference. So far I have:
1. Reset the laptop with a clean install on W10
2. Reset the battery with the pinhole on the underside of the laptop

If I cannot get this fixed by Monday I'll probably call up Acer Support, see if they can do anything or if not book a repair. Thanks in advance for any help I receive.

Edit: I have also tried to reinstall the Turbo Boost driver from the Acer Support website but it gave this error: "Error loading language resource."

UPDATE: The CPU fan appears to be working again, however there is a high pitched whistling sound when spinning at max RPM. PredatorSense also appears to be lagging behind in updating me on the fan's speed. I'm hoping it might just need some compressed air flowing through it although I'm not getting my hopes up.

My GPU Fan is also not working. As the other fan RPM has numbers and the animation of fan is rotating but GPU stands to be 0.

There is a lot of people having issues of Helios 300. Can you update all the fan drivers on Device Manager?
