I read so many articles about this, and this problem appeared to not be a model related but any laptop with aluminium parts may cause this problem. As you may know the adapter of this laptop has a 2 pronged cable which is not grounded and may cause this problem along with others such as hardware problems or earthing. My question is, did any of who own this model or similar models with aluminium trims, experience this issue and if you did, is it common/normal? and how did you fix it? because its driving me mad, getting shocked suddenly when i want to rest my hand ain't fun!
Note: something that i found weird if i put my fingers or the palm of my hand on it, it won't electrocute me. the other thing is that it doesn't always happen, most times but not all.
