Do i get new charger/battery/charging system

2 and a half years ago I bought an Acer, Aspire 15, the F5-571-320G. 

In the second year it started to only charge when sleeping or off. Once in a while I’d get it to charge even when on but chances of that happening have lowered with time to almost zero.

In the last six months it’s become hard to get it to charge even when it’s sleeping. At times I have to disconnect the connection by the power box, make a few light touches and hear a few sparks before it charges and sometimes it feels like certain wall sockets in the house help more than others. Sometimes it’s easy to get it charging sometimes not.

The battery is not what it used to be used to assure me of a few hours, now I’d be lucky to even get near 2 hours.

About the fact that the notebook does not start, make sure that turning off power-on startup in the power options solves the problem! Also try to update the intel and nvidia video drivers or use the driverbooster! Do the update of windows by windows update and make the update of the bios of the notebook (the bios should be updated with caution, with the battery charged and the notebook connected to the electric power)!

About the fact that the battery is running out of time, make a calibration! To calibrate, turn off the notebook and charge the battery until it reaches 100%; then leave the notebook off for two hours! After that, turn the notebook on and turn it off automatically when it reaches 5% and also put on top performance to make it download faster! Put not to suspend the notebook in the power options!
