Need help My laptop wont shutdown.

Good evening ,
I have an ACER ASPIRE F15 F5-572G-56CU , the laptop was bought from germany but i live in romania , until the last week my laptop was functioning perfectly now i have two major issues and i cant fix them .
1. My laptop wont shutdown properly (it goes to a hibernation state) the power led is off but my coolers whiring like crazy and my optical drive is powering on and off making weird sounds , if i press for 5 seconds the power button doesnt fix the problem , I've tried all the solutions that I've could find on the internet , I saw that somehow is related to the INTEL MEI my versios is 11.09 or smth like that , I tried to downgrade it to 9.5 still no luck.
2. My WI-FI card doesnt "load" everytime (I need to reset my internal battery every single time if I powered my laptop on and I dont have wireless devices active)

I need help , unfortunately my warranty is expired since has been 2 years already. Any sugestions or should I visit a local service? Im desperate , we cannot sleep due that crazy sound , I'll come back with a video right now my wife is sleeping and I cannot do it cuz she will wake up.

For the first problem, try the below and see if your machine is going to sleep and not shut down mode m8:

For the second problem, see if the fast boot is enabled. I for some reason feel that the fast boot is the problem for both your issues m8.

First check that disabling quick startup in the power options solves the problem! Then search the drivers for the notebook using the driverbooster program or going to the website of the manufacturers of the video cards intel and nvidia!

Lastly, try to update bios to version 1.18 through this link: However it is a risky process! To do this, fully charge the battery and leave the notebook connected to the electrical power; unplug the wifi and also the peripherals that are connected the usb ports! I do not take any responsibility for any damage!

I've done that , both , still doesnt work , i've already updated my Bios to 1.18 now i have another problem , my "s" , "d" and " Capslook" keys dont work anymore , i'll try update those drivers and see if anything change , i'll be back . Thank you

Sorry to hear that mate. If the BIOS update does that, let me know though! However, you can also reset your Windows as well to its defaults m8.

If the bios update caused this change, enter it and change the touchpad option from advanced to basic or vice versa! Then check that updating the drivers solves the problem! If it does not solve, do a factory reset!

Hello again ,
Unfortunately I don't have those option in my bios , only basics. The factory reset solution did not work either.

Well , not quite , it took about 1 week ago i think or at least couple of days , any advice?

Install the program acer quick acess and upgrade driver of the launch manager!

I'll try and come back with an answer , one more thing , my wife has a problem with her laptop too , the keyboard and touchpad doesnt respond properly because everytime there is a search box it keeps typing itself "............" dots all over , any solution for that? Thank you

What version of windows on her notebook? Checked if updating the drivers with the driverbooster solves the problem? Have you checked the antivirus to see if this is a keyboard virus?

I did a full scan , some things came up did a full clean did not worked , she has win 8.1 , i've just instaled her windows i thought maybe will solve this issue , unfortunately didnt , update the drivers too , still no succes..
