Sorry. This suggests your CPU mainboard combination has been locked to protect it and cannot be overclocked. Jack E/NJ

What is your Swift full model number SF31x-xx? Your mainboard might not support this overclocking too. Jack E/NJ

As far as I can tell, the mainboards used in this model don't support this tool. According to AMD "The AMD Ryzen Master Utility only supports Ryzen CPUs on AM4 socket motherboards with the X370, B350 or X300 chipsets and Ryzen Threadripper CPUs on TR4 socket motherboards with the X399 chipset. If you have an unlocked AM3/AM3+ and FM2/FM2+ socket compatible CPU, the AMD OverDrive Utility can be used instead." Have you tried the overdrive utility yet? https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/amd-overdrive    Jack E/NJ

Does AMD overdrive fail to install? Or does it fail to detect a compatible chipset? Jack E/NJ
