Sound was working before.
I left my laptop running rendering an after effect project, while it was rendering the laptop turned off because there was no battery left,
when i came back and connected a charger and turned it back on, the laptop ran into a problem and said windows is collecting information, after it restarted the audio stopped working.
the realtek hd audio was shown as not connected to laptop (code 45) in device manager. after reading multiple forums online, i uninstalled the driver and restarted my pc, but now realtek hd audio does not show up anywhere.
I have tried installing the drivers for audio from acer AN515-51 page but nothing changed.
what should i do?

Check the bottom of the laptop for a battery reset pinhole. If it exists, gently push a paper clip into the hole for 5-10 seconds, then let the battery rest for about an hour before trying to restart the machine. If no hole, open Control Panel settings. Search for a "'restore point" just before the incident happened. Jack E/NJ
