I would just want to know if all of the Helios 300 with i7 8th gen processors have 144hz screen. I am looking at a specific item with model number PH315-51-766P and I don't know if it comes with 144hz display. TIA!

Here it says it has 144hz display.

Easiest way is to ask retailer tho, it should be specified on the case.
I actually asked them(it was online), and they only told me to check it on the manufacturer's site. I found PH315-51 on acer's site but not the 766P one. So I just wanna make sure if it does come with 144hz display. Anyway, thanks bro! I can assume that all the PH315-51 model has 144hz display on it based on the link you provided.
To be honest if they are so lazy and not consumer friendly i would look for laptop elsewhere.

Btw i think that 766p is probably just philipines marking or something but its always better to check twice, just to be sure :)

Apparently it was just a rep that I talked to, and it seems like he doesn't know much about the product and I think I should just go to the store and check the product myself. I also emailed acer just in case, i just wanted to know if all the 8th gen i7 models had 144hz and if it does, then there would be no problem. Thanks bro!
