    >> Try to perform a simple power reset and check the issue. Shutdown the laptop. Disconnect the charger. Please check for a battery reset PIN hole at the bottom of the device. The reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power. Reconnect the charger and power On the laptop.

Do you see any indicator light glowind when you power On the laptop?
    Is the charger working fine?
This could be a failed AC adapter or power cord or Insufficient charge in the battery. Ensure that the power cord is plugged into the computer and that the connection is solid and not loose fitting. Also, attempt to use a different electrical outlet or test the outlet you are using by plugging in another device.
    >>Connect an external monitor and see if you'll get any display from it. If there's a display on the external monitor that could mean that the problem is the built in display.

    >>Proceed with reseating the RAM's if trying a different AC adapter will not work, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure everything is seated properly.

Since there's a display on the external monitor when connected to the laptop, the problem is the built in display. You may get help of a local technician and check the internal display on your laptop.
