Hey everyone. So I got my Acer Predator 15 G9-593 in November, so i've had it for like 9 months. Things have been fine apart from the last 2 weeks where I've noticed my battery would run out a lot faster than usual. The laptop will now die when it claims to be at 20% even though it should just issue a a warning that it needs to be charged. Thing is absolutely nothing has changed in my routine. I don't know if the rise in UK temperature is affecting it or something, but I always keep my laptop elevated for this particular reason. It's just a bit of an inconvenience really. The laptop runs smoothly as usual, but I do notice an increase in temperature by about 6-10 degrees when charging, but I've heard that that's pretty normal. I'll post my battery report so you guys can have a clearer understanding of what's going on.
The second image denotes battery capacity as you can see it's plummeted over the past week and a bit. The third is current battery life estimates. Is it likely a battery problem? Last thing I want to happen is to buy a new battery for the same thing to happen again. I know batteries degrade but considering it hasn't even been a year it's in a pretty rough state. Also have read shocking reviews about the acer repair facility in the UK, so i'd rather not just be pointed in that direction. Anyway, I'd be grateful for any insight.
