How to check the update progress of Microsoft Office?

This problem really annoys me. Help me ASAP!

I know right. I have felt the problem. Open MS Word > Go to File > Help > Check for Updates. If not, as a part of Windows updates your MS Office updates.

What I meant by the update progress is like the percentage of how much I have updated for MS Office, that's what I'm actually asking.The solution you told me is quite helpful but that will only show me if there is any update for the MS Office.

Oh wait, I think the problem I'm facing is the MS Office won't update even after I have clicked the "yes" button. Yeah, that's the real problem I think

You can download the updates offline and then install them. To do so, you can get help from Microsoft over here m8. If that doesn't work m8 I suggest you try the repair options.

This link has both the regular repair option and the link for downloading the repair tool. If neither works, let me know or if you feel the tutorials I gave are overwhelming, I can breakdown and teach you on how to install them m8.
