The sound might be from the fan. It might be a wire or dust that got stuck in the fan? Do you think it is from the fan?

I am not sure but if there is dust how can you get rid of it. It is like morse code. As if someone is sending a telegraph old style.

Clicking will either be a fan or a hard drive. The fans will have a vent hole while the hard drive will be under one of the access panels. You can pick it up and easily listen to locate if it is the fan or the drive. If it is a hard drive, a little bit of a click is nothing to worry about, but if starts getting very regular then backup all files asap.
Also, there might be dust in the fans that can cause the clicking sound. And there's no way you can clean it out without opening the back and getting in to the motherboard. Also check the HDD if it's a Solid state drive you won't have to check it. Open where the HDD is connected and observe it as well.

Again, two options: If you think you are a person capable of opening the panel and clearing this problem by yourself, there are plenty of tutorials. In the logic, I would say take it to a service centre rather than experimenting it. Someone had the same problem quite a while ago and this was the suggestion:
