Currently I'm staying in the US for the next 3 months, then returning to my country, and I wanted to know if Acer provides international warranty for it's products because I wanted to buy a laptop of the predator series. The reason I can't get it at home is because there is no Acer representative supplier on our market ( Macedonia ), and none of the ones in my neighbouring countries have the model that i desire ( Serbia, Greece).
Note. There is a representative acer service.

In simple words: Acer supports ITW, however, when you return back home to Macedonia and end up with trouble, the repair can be performed by only for a charge.

If there's no service centres in Macedonia, it makes sense why you are unable to purchase the computer there. It is ethical to only sell a product in a country where you have service centres. The contact information yo showed above on the screenshot seems to be a local tech and not Acer. However, they can help with most of your Acer problems. For hardware replacements and spare parts, it would certainly be a problem. Either someone has to import them or get them from a neighboring country.

The enhanced International Travelers Warranty (ITW) is extended to products purchased from Acer or its authorized distributors, under the following conditions, only bona fide travelers who are in possession of a copy of the original sales invoice of the notebook may bring claims under the Acer ITW.

The definition of a "bona fide traveler" under the Acer ITW is a person temporarily outside the territorial scope of the local warranty covering the respective devices, without the intention of establishing a permanent residence. Otherwise, the notebook will only have a local warranty from where it was purchased; you will have to pay for any repairs made outside the country of purchase.

The International Traveler's Warranty (ITW) is included with the cost of all Acer branded notebooks, netbooks and tablets for one full year. The ITW covers genuine travelers outside their country of residence.
You can also contact Acer support in your region to get more information on International Traveler's Warranty.
