VN7-571g / wifi keeps turning off when doing heavy tasks (gaming/procession.etc)

I have windows 10 home with latest update, all drivers are up to date.
when I open heavy games; eg. I use IDM or any app to download or anything that uses Internet, and when I start Far Cry 5(or any heavy games) the wifi network simply goes off, and I see no progress in my download, which confirms it. it's not just Far Cry, (most) of high end games make my wifi network turns off, and it only turn on again when I close the game( I see the wifi icon in the bottom turns to it's form when it's off, and then it goes back on when I close the game-after 1m or so- )
my brother have exactly the same laptop and he has the same problem as well!!!! so it's not me having faulty wifi card, it's something wrong with the driver probably.
Does anyone have the same problem as we do?? if so did you find any solution yet for this?
would love to have assistant from acer mods, I've been getting this problem since 15 months or so, I googled it but didn't find anything useful

Please try the following the steps and check if it resolved this issue.

>>>Windows troubleshooter 
This troubleshooter is an automated Windows 10 inbuilt tool which finds and fixes the common issues with the Internet Connections on the computer. Perform these steps to run this tool and check if that helps.

First run the Internet Connections Troubleshooter and use the same steps for Network Adapter Troubleshooter

Press “Windows Logo” + “W” keys from the keyboard. Type “Troubleshooting” in the search bar and press “Enter”.

In the “Troubleshooting” window, click on “View All” on the left pane. Click on “Internet Connections”.

Click on “Advanced” and then click on “Run as Administrator”. Click “Next” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

>>>Change the power management 

Right-click your WiFi icon at the bottom right corner of your PC desktop and click Open Network and Sharing Center. 

Click Change adapter settings. Right-click your WiFi adapter and click Properties. Click Configure. 

Go to the Power Management tab. Un-tick the box for Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. Click OK. 

>>>Reset the Wi-Fi AutoConfig service

On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time. Type services.msc and press Enter. 

Highlight WLAN AutoConfig. Double-click it. Change the Startup type to Automatic.  Click Apply and OK to save and exit. 

>>>To run these networking commands.

In the search, type Command prompt, right-click Command prompt, and then select Run as administrator > Yes.

At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:

Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.

Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

>>>Please try this steps by uninstall and reinstalling the Wi-Fi driver,

Open Device Manager. To do so, right-click on the Start button and then click Device Manager.

Expand Network Adapters. Right click on the adapter you want to uninstall and select "Uninstall". 

This will remove the adapter from the list and uninstall the driver.

Once the adapter has been uninstalled click on the "Scan for hardware changes" button to search for and reinstall the correct adapter.  If the device is successfully reinstalled it will show back up under the "Network Adapters" drop-down. Reboot the computer and see if the connectivity issue has been resolved. If any issue in restoring the driver you can download the WiFi driver from Acer support Website https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/5636?b=1
