I have tried booting from a usb i have made and I know it works as a fact, i have tried in UFEI and legacy mode but the USB does not show up, I have tried multiple boot medias and I have gone through disabling or enabling everything that could prevent it from picking it up but still it does not work

Do NOT try to run in legacy mode!!! Change the BIOS settings back to the way you found them to avoid other issues. The boot iso must be on  GPT-partitioned FAT32 stick, NOT MBR-partitioned FAT32. Use Rufus. If the stick still is not recognised in UEFI mode, try another stick. Don't mess with the BIOS settings at this point. Jack E/NJ
