My Acer Predator 17x 792-7448 laptop suddenly shuts off and doesn’t boot up now.

I was about to open a game then it just shuts off by itself, like as if you unplugged a laptop without a battery. I tried to open it but then it doesn’t boot up now. The power button just lights and also the touch pad indicator lights too to orange then dies. I don’t know what to do. I tried resetting the battery following the procedures that the Acer posted. Push the button through the pinhole for 5 seconds, waited almost 10 minutes to rest it up then tried to open again but still the result was the same. I just got this from Acer Service Center due to screen abnormalities and have it fixed, I’m not sure if the problem now is caused by that because it was just the screen and it was really looks good as new.

I’m hoping someone could help me with this, I’ve spent so much for this laptop 😭😭😭

Is the charger working fine?
if the charger is working fine it could be an internal hardware issue.
