Looking for Acer Aspire VX5-591G replacement SATA cable

So I bought my laptop just over a year ago and when I did I intended to upgrade the storage so I contacted Acer to be sent the caddy and cable. I received just the caddy a month or so later but no SATA cable so I contacted Acer again requesting the cable that they forgot to send me and they sent me a whole new kit no problem. I received it a couple months later but by that time my hours at work had gotten cut so upgrading was out of the question. My job is now more stable and I would like to upgrade and put an SSD in but now I can't seem to find the parts I was sent anywhere. I somehow managed to find the original caddy they sent me but not the kit with the SATA cable. I've looked everywhere and they're just missing. I've looked online and I can't seem to find anywhere selling them, including on the Acer website. My warranty JUST ran out 8 days ago so I can't live chat with Acer's customer service and request some new parts. I'm not looking for a handout or free parts, I'm absolutely willing to pay for them, I just can't find them anywhere. I live in the US, can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

You should be able to use any standard SATA3 cable 6" to 12" long that fits inside the case. Amazon and Ebay have them in packs for less $10 with free shipping.  Jack E/NJ
