So my Predator G3-710 Kaby Lake 128GB Gaming Desktop hasn't been working so well. Ever since they day I bought it (FOR $2000!) It has been randomly turning off on me, I would turn it back on and bam, it would be working again, but then it will turn off again (Sometimes it may take a few hours to turn off again) But sometimes I have to un-plug my PC just because it won't even turn on at times. I really need this fixed. Whenever i'm playing a game most of the time it will crash on me, I don't know if it's a heating problem or not. But I just want to fix this once and for all.

Thank you.

(and no there hasn't been any hardware/software changes)

Please check if your device has the latest Firmware and BIOS update installed. I see that Acer has released Firmware to Enhance system performance. Upgrading your system BIOS incorrectly could harm your Acer product. Please proceed with caution. If your BIOS is R01, For example, you can't update to R02 ( only compatible with Intel 7th Gen Kabylake platform),  you should upgrade to is R01.A4.
The built-in MSINFO32 or System Information Tool displays the current BIOS vesion information under System Summary. To open this tool, Run msinfo32 and hit Enter.

Hi I have the exact same issue with mine. I bought it yesterday & turns off every few hours with just the fan going loudly. Did this solution fix your issue?
