The problem happened sometime after Win10 update.
I tried getting into repair using F10 - can't fix the boot up issue.  I can't even get it to do factory reset.
I can get into command prompt.  I did a chkdsk on C(HDD) - no issues.  Chkdsk on W (I assume SSD) shows problem but can't fix it due to read only.
I do remember making a backup USB when I got the computer but unfortunately, can't locate it now.
Could this be due to SSD failure?  Any suggestion would be appreciate?

Have you tried the ALT+F10 cold boot factory reset outside of Windows yet? If not, make sure the machine is completely off. Then turn it back on and immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. Then follow the video below. Jack E/NJ

I have tried that.  It gives me two windows 10 option to pick.  Regardless of which one I pick; I get "Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing".  Does this mean SSD problem?

    >>>I can get into command prompt.>>>

At the command prompt, enter "diskpart" without the quotes. At the diskpart prompt---

    (1) Enter "list disk" without the quotes
    (2) Then enter "select disk 0" without the quotes
    (3) Then enter "list volume"
    (4) Take screenshot of -- or write down --- the result of step 3 and post here
    (5) Enter "exit"

OK. Now let's look at the SSD in diskpart with the following commands. Jack E/NJ

    (1) Enter "list disk" again
    (2) Enter "select disk 1"
    (3) Enter "list volume"
    (4) Take screenshot
    (5) Enter "exit"

OK. Start diskpart again from the command prompt. Then enter---
    (1) select disk 0
    (2) select volume 2
    (3) assign letter=e:
    (4) exit

Then at the command prompt enter
    (1) cd e:\efi\microsoft\boot\
    (2) bootrec /fixboot
    (3) ren bcd bcd.old
    (4) bcdboot c:\windows /l en-us/s c:All

Please note placement of forward & back slashes. If all the commands seem to work without error, cross your fingers & hope for the best. Then reboot. Jack E/NJ

    Hi Jack
Everything worked exept the last command

I tried rebooting and automatically goes to the screen where I would have to press Alt+f10

Did you forget to cross your fingers?  :)

Get back into the e:\efi\microsoft\boot\  subdirectory from the command prompt. Then enter

    bcdboot c:\windows /l en-us /s c: /f ALL    (corrected a mistake please note syntax)

If it doesn't go thru, report back. If it does, try rebooting again.

    OK. Then let's try entering

    bcdboot c:\windows /l en-us

    from the same subdirectory e:\efi\microsoft\boot\

    Same failure message.
I had to redo the diskpart & assign letter=e: in order to get to e:\efi\microsoft\boot\
Could this folder be write protected?

No. The failure is to copy from e: and write to c:, not the other way around. Try entering the following from the same e: subdirectory

    bcdboot / v

The "/ v" parameter should give us more screen info if another copy failure happens.

    Hi Jack
bcdboot / v doesn't do anything.  It just all options for bcdboot as I posted for first instructions.

When I get into command prompt, it always goes into x:\windoows\system32

Should I try the above command with x in place of c?

Maybe. BCDBOOT should have been placed in RAM at the x:\windows\system32 subdirectory prompt. It also should've been placed in the e:\efi\microsoft\boot\  subdirectory. But maybe it wasn't for some reason.

So let's try the command below from the x:\windows\system32 subdirectory command prompt, not diskpart. This command should copy the boot files from the x:\windows\system32 to c:\windows subdirectory.

    bcdboot x:\windows\system32 c:\windows\ /d /p /v

it's just returning all the options for bcdboot as if it requires additional syntax

    I tried you previous command bcdboot x:\windows /l en-us /v...here is what I got

OK. Try it again with the /v, /d /p parameters. Jack E/NJ

We may be getting close to getting the right syntax. Get back into the diskpart prompt. Enter the following diskpart commands.

    (1) Select Disk O
    (2) List volume
Make sure volume 2 ESP FAT32 still is marked with letter e:. If not then enter
    (3) Select volume 2
    (4) Assign letter=e:
    (5) Exit

    At the command prompt enter
    (1) bcdboot c:\windows /s e: /f all /v
