Screen Touch and Sound Problem after updating windows 10 april version

I have Acer one 110 ICT laptop which was working properly prior the update. After the windows update two major issues  I am facing now with this notebook :- 
1. Screen touch is responding at 90 degree left to the place where I touch.
2. Sound is not working. Cross sign is shown on the speaker try icon  and massage show that No audio output device is installed

I have tried to download the drivers for this model but it is not listed on site
further I tried to reset the notebook but after the reset problem remains same.

Is there anyone who has solution for this issue ?

    Please try a simple power reset. Disconnect the charger. Please check for a battery reset PIN hole at the bottom of the device. The reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power. Reconnect the charger and check the issue.

    >>>Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio 
    Press Windows key +X, select Control panel. Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
    Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel. Run the playing Audio troubleshooter
    Try updating the Audio drivers from the device manager and check if the issue persists.

    I have tried all the process you said but issue didn't solve.

    Make sure upgrading drivers with driverbooster solves the problem!
